Order Fulfillment

  1. How will I know if BreadTalk received my order?
    • An order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided by you, confirming the details of your order. Please make sure to check your Spam or Junk Folders if you do not see our confirmation email in your inbox.
  2. My order has an error/is unsuccessful, what should I do?

  3. Can I amend or cancel my order?
    • Changes are only allowed for items of the same value. Please contact us by 3pm at least 2 days before your delivery.
  4. There are missing items in my order, what do I do?

Shipping, Delivery and Payment

  1. What are the available shipping options?
    • We provide delivery and self-collection at more than 40 islandwide BreadTalk outlets.
  2. Where do we deliver?
    • We provide delivery to all locations in Singapore except the following: PO Box, military or protected areas, Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, MINDEF COMCEN and PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar/Pasir Panjang/Sembawang.
  3. What are the delivery time slots?
    • There are 2 time slots, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm.
  4. How long in advance should orders be placed?
    • Orders should be placed at least 3 days earlier by 11am.
  5. Is there same day delivery?
    • No. The earliest delivery is 3 days later with orders placed by 11am.
  6. How do I go about doing self-collection?
    • During checkout, please select self-collection and choose your preferred collection outlet. Do proceed to the outlet during your chosen collection day and show the counter staff your email confirmation.
  7. What currency are the products listed in?
    • All products are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  8. What payment options are available
    • We accept most online payment method mainly via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Alipay, Kakao Pay, ShopeePay, Grabpay and QR payment (Paynow, Promptpay).
