Add-ons / Giftings
Will candles and knife be provided?
- 1 candle will be included for all Chilled cakes orders. You may include your request for a knife at the delivery page during checkout. If you require a candle for a non-cake item, kindly contact us. Due to overwhelming response, we are unable to accommodate special requests for now, but rest assured we are working hard to improve this so that we can offer more flexibility to customers.
Can I request for customized wordings on the cakes?
- No, we do not provide lettering or customization for all products at the moment.

Can I request for “Happy Birthday” tag?
- Yes, you may include your request under the delivery notes during checkout
Would my recipient be receiving an invoice together with the order item(s)?
- Yes.
Where do I put my well wishes or my gift message in the order?
- You may put in your message in the delivery notes during checkout. The message will be indicated on the invoice delivered together with the products.
6. Can I request for a card for my well wishes or gift messages?
- No. This is not available at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to improve this so that we can offer more flexibility to customers.
